Hello, My name is Tom Colucci. My specialty designations are in Career Coaching and Retirement Coaching; however, I enjoy working with clients to improve all aspects of their lives. I am passionate about helping others navigate their paths to success. I believe in a holistic approach that is sensitive to a client’s unique identity, environment, experiences, values, and beliefs. I have completed my coursework through a Life Coach training program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication.  I have been married to my husband John for 24 years and we live in Colorado.  I enjoy hiking, weekends in the mountains and visiting New England where John and I both grew up. I currently hold a leadership role in Human Resources and have worked in this field for several years. Through my work and academic experience, I discovered that coaching was the most effective way to support people in achieving what they desired in life. I am honored to be part of such a fulfilling process.
